Individuals : Individual counselling can range from valid and important talk therapy to use of singing, listening, writing or songmaking to explore or express emotions. Counselling techniques are drawn from Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy and Family Therapy.

Family : to support a grieving process family members can be offered an individual writing exercise or consultation and we can work together to create a suite of songs or poems to honour a family member in an ongoing and tangible way.

Recovery: groups can be supported by beautiful reflective exercises to work through painful lived experiences to create cathartic work. For example, with the Reclaim the Night collective I facilitated a songwriting and performance process with teenage and adult women across Geelong about family violence and healthy relationships.

Creative Development : working or developing artists can access counselling services to deepen confidence in their own writing, artwork or creative expression. Previous clients include the City of Greater Geelong Arts Mentoring Project.

Workplaces: Group singing can punctuate a team building day or conference in an empowering, fun and galvanising way. A recent (pre-pandemic) example includes 450 delegates at a Department of Education Conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre.
